My name is Timothy my 5yr old dog got out after moving to our new house. I went to work like normal and my wife went to work normal and when she came for lunch she notice Stella wasnt home so my wife went looking for her and call me panicking I left work to look and check the San Bernardino shelter and she was “there” I rush over to find out she was at the shelters vet for being shot with a pellet gone. Who ever done also crack her skull fracture her skull broke her tooth in half. Vet wanted to keep her for 3 days but we don’t have the money for that vet also said she will need an orthopedic specialist to do surgery on her skull. We took her home and she gets wobbly after standing for alittle and falls down and Stella now breaths heavy. We call the specialist and the quote us at 4-5k dollars for the surgery and 450 for the x rays and mri and lab work and not including the Medication. Stella has been in our life’s and kids since she was 4 months her and my oldest daughter are only a month apart the grew together. And to find out about this my daughter was crying asking if she’s going to die. Stella has also already fell over and got stiff and eye rolled back and shook for alittle and then she was fine I don’t know if she had a seizure already or just pass out any thing will help anything extra will go towards her for certain foods if needed and recovery stuff. Stella means a lot to our family and is my emotional support She’s not a pet she is our kid in our eyes to those that understand how pets turn into kids with connection. Update they are assuming they she has a fractured spinal and or hips
