Together we can give a leg up to one of our own who is a leg down.

Our friend suffered a sudden, fast moving, life-threatening infection that necessitated two major surgeries and the amputation of a leg. Though the situation is devastating and significantly life altering, we, as a community, have the opportunity to offer our support to help our friend manage the overwhelming challenges she is facing to get back to "(new) normal life."
