Hit By Car And Cameras Stolen

Friday August 11th Dylan Bunnell was skateboarding at Townpark skatepark in West Oakland. He and his friends realized that someone was breaking into their tour van. They instantly started sprinting towards the thieves as they scurried into their get away car. They stole Dylan's pelican case full of cameras/lenses/other gear plus a bag of his belongings. In the process chasing after the thieves Dylan was struck by another car going about 35mph knocking him 20ft across the asphalt breaking his left femur resulting in a emergency surgery. As if loosing thousands of dollars of his hard earned video equipment is already devastating enough, him breaking his femur is a truly awful circumstance. Filming & skateboarding is Dylan's life and videography also happens to be his main form of income. The doctors said that he has at the very least a few months before he can start to work again and even longer before he can start skating. Life comes at you fast and due to a series of unfortunate events Dylan's world was turned upside down in seconds. We want to get Dylan back on his feet and filming as soon as possible! Thank you everyone anything helps!
