Daughters health

My name is Chelsea, my daughter needs a lot of help right now. We have to drive to Ann Arbor and it’s our last hope to get help for her. I don’t want to go into much detail but we basically have to pack up and go. I’ll probably need to take sometime off work, to be with her. I don’t have the funds to pay for the trip, food, gas, we’re already behind on bills .
