Donate to help a family not be Homeless!

Hello there - I am asking for donations for our family for an emergency situation. It’s really a sort of perfect storm of issues that has hit our family hard. Anything would help…

We have been living in our home for 15 years. When we bought it, my parents helped us. My mom is dealing with some dementia related issues and someone (who is looking for a payday) has manipulating her and has planted a seed in her that she is entitled to this money AND the house and she needs to do this to get it. Now, my mom is suing us and has evicted us from the home. This has happened all in a matter of weeks. Now, we are homeless. My kids are struggling to get to school because they have tremendous anxiety and we don’t have the ability to provide transportation any longer. on top of all that, all of our belongings are locked up inside the house. Clothes, food, everyday items, school stuff, computers, everything.

We need to find a place to live while we fight this in court. We also have many other expenses while this is happening. Attorney fees, extra utilities, transportation, new place to stay rent, deposits, etc…

Whomever is manipulating her has helped her use the court system, a team of attorneys and a specialized occupied property real estate team to evict us from our home in the most humiliating, devastating and expensive way possible.

We have the mortgage and we make the paymen fee ts. We have maintained the property and upgraded the property and house over the years as you would when you live in and own a home. Yet with all her money she was able to put her plan in place. We need a lawyer to prove our case.

My daughter had jaw surgery in June and had several complications including loss of feeling in her face and tremendous nerve pain from the surgery. She has more two more surgeries to go.

This is affecting us all in the most harmful and I fear the most irreparable ways…

I am just so scared and worried that we won’t be able to take care of the kids and that they will have trauma related anxiety and depression from this for forever.

We just don’t have any money at the moment to try to get ourselves back on our feet. On top of all this, I had recently been laid off and we did not have an income for a bit before this happened so we were living on savings, which is now depleted.

We have always supported those in our lives and neighborhood, through service, support as needed…and now we find ourselves in need.
