My son is 36 years old and he has diverticulitis and heart failure! He has no medical insurance. He has been in and out of the hospital for the last 8 months. A couple of months ago, he was in ICU for a week with a severe attack. He is in the hospital now and they told him he needs a heart transplant! He has not been able to work! Please!! Please help!!
