48 Hour, Remembrance Day Murph
This year I'm setting my biggest ever mental and physical test to date. 48 gruelling hours of ‘Murph’ starting on Remembrance Day, November the 11th - In support of Help for Heroes Official.
In the 48 hours it will take me to push through this gruelling battle, 14 people would have been medically discharged from the armed forces facing a battle of their own.
Now I know we can all grow exponentially beyond our own limiting beliefs, and that we can all make a difference within ourselves, so much so that we can inspire others in our own special way.
That’s why I’m leaving this as a completely open event where you can chose to take part alongside me and push your own limits.
I need you, but the question is, will you help a hero and join me in making a difference?
