Help Scott get back on his feet

Hi my name is Lucy and I am hoping to raise money for Scott Hass. He was recently scammed out of all his savings, checking, retirement and charge cards were used in his name. This happened on the 1st of the month when all his bills are due. It was his payday, too. He was scammed through what he thought was Paypal through Google. The scammer, "Harry Smith", was slick and convincing and was able to get a lot of charges on a Kohls card in Scott's name. Kohls wants their money and is threatening Scott. Wells Fargo, Scott's bank, is declining Scott's fraud case. Scott called the FBI but they are not answering phones. Local police will not do anything. This makes Scott responsible for all funds that have been stolen by scammer "Harry Smith". Scott works hard but his hours have also recently been cut at work, due to Covid related business slow down. Scott has diabetes and asthma, so he has lots of medical costs. He was working pay check to pay check but with all his money scammed away, he is hurting and not able to make ends meet.
