Help me cremate my mom

I am the only next of kin to decide what happens to our mother. She was found dead this morning frozen. I am wanting to cremate her and spread her ashes into the ocean. She loved the sea. I know she wouldn't want to ve confined to a box or an urn. She would want to be free and as one part of the earth. Please help me make this come true. I will have to go to colorado springs colorado. Please help me make this one last thing happen for her.
