483rd Bombardment Group Association

The 483rd Bombardment Group was a B-17 group during World War II that fought with the Fifteenth Air Force in Italy from April 1944 to April 1945. They played a significant role in the eventual defeat of Germany’s forces.

The 483rd Bombardment Group Association is dedicated to preserving the memory & the legacy of the heroic men who bravely comprised this B-17 bomb group during World War II.

Your contributions help keep our organization vibrant.

Additionally, your contributions will help us perpetuate the history of the 483rd at the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.  At the Museum there is a display which chronicles the history of the 483rd.

Lastly, your contributions will help us provide annual scholarships, in the name of the 483rd, to university ROTC students pursuing future careers in military aviation.

We need your help to perpetuate the memories and legacies of the heroes of the 483rd!
