My dad has really severe cataracts and he's going to get surgery. The total cost of the surgery for both eyes is $12,900 and I don't have the means to pay. We have no health insurance.

My dad is getting surgery from Dr. Jeffery D. Horn, MD from "Vision for Life" in Nashville, Tennessee.

I have received a loan with $8,100 in credit which I plan to pay off over 24 months. This is about $340 a month.

Tomorrow, I will be paying $4,800 out of pocket and this will leave me completely broke.
