Please help the Golden Eagles soar to Newfoundland

This amazing group of young ladies have earned the honour of participating in the U15 softball Eastern Championships in Newfoundland starting on August 25th, and could use your help.  It has been a long fought battle to the top, but they made it.  This talented, dedicated group of athletes left their heart and souls on the diamond to get there, and never gave up, despite obstacles.  They will be facing off against top teams from others provinces, which will be both challenging and exciting.  They promise to give it their all, and hold nothing back to represent our community, and province with respect and love for the game, but it comes at a cost.  We are asking our community to rally around these young women, to ensure they have everything they need to get the job done, any amount you are able to donate will be very much appreciated, as it is a significant financial commitment for families.

If you or someone you love have ever been part of a team, you know it is so much more then the sport itself.  You learn valuable life lessons about respect, unity and and what it means to work hard, with lifelong friendships and memories that will be cherished forever.  This is what we have been working towards all year, and what they have been dreaming of since they first stepped out on the diamond as little girls.

So thank you for pouring into the youth in our community, and helping them finish what they started.
