help me get a phone after mine was stolen

Hi, my name is Scarlett and due to my dysfunctional family I became homeless. i’m not able to work as i’m in full time education, and I spent every last penny i had on my phone as a way to make myself happier and have a stable form of communication to my friends. however, this was stolen straight from my bag and me being a vulnerable, young girl i was obviously seen as an easy target. I’m living off only £300 a month for everything which comes from the government which is barely enough to feed myself. i have no way of communicating with my friends, staying safe, or going places with no phone so please help me out if you can.
