Fukushima's Effect on the West

My name is Leonard Jay Siebert (AKA: Nuda Waya or Crazy Wolf). I am a former First Response Officer for Biological, Chemical and Radiological Events or Attacks. After Japan suffered its devastating earthquake and tsunami, I began detecting radioactive fallout from the Fukushima triple melt-down in California, within 6 days of it happening.
I was let go from the hospital where I had been employed for 20 years and my life was turned upside down for my refusal to shut up about the ongoing calamity. For nearly 5 years now I have been sounding the alarm about it and educating people on just how severe this incident is. Basically it is a planet killer.
I am seeking operating funds to confirm the devastation now occurring on the west coast; with a focus on Avila Beach up to Monterey. I will be filming and posting videos with Geiger counter readings and comparisons on the biological damage that Fukushima has wrought to the Pacific Ocean. I already have the gear and only require modest funds to continue and finish my research. 
Fundng is required immediately and will be used for batteries, camping permits, travel and maintaining equipment.
