Born two-and-a-half months premature, thirteen-year-old Malachi has faced an extraordinary challenge from birth. He was diagnosed with a rare level 4 brain bleeding condition, resulting in the most severe brain impairment one can endure. This condition, known as intraparenchymal hemorrhage, led to the formation of blood clots that obstructed the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, ultimately causing cerebral palsy.

Cerebral palsy has a wide range of effects, causing various disabilities and physical impairments that impact everyday life. Tasks such as speaking, walking, and eating, which most of us often overlook and consider routine, are significant challenges for Malachi. Despite these obstacles, Malachi's life is brimming with joy, entertainment, and love, all made possible by the steadfast support of his dedicated family and friends. He approaches life with humor and unwavering resilience, refusing to let his disability define him.

Every day, Malachi fights the good fight and constantly puts in the effort to improve and grow, much like any other teenager. While Malachi has some adaptive equipment to aid him, he urgently requires additional assistance, particularly in the form of a wheelchair-accessible van.
