Kenny's get back on his feet fund

On October 3, 2015 I suffered a massive heart attack and died on the table 4 times.  I was in a medically induced coma for 5 days to rest my heart and lungs.   I was also in ICU for a total of 7 days with pneumonia and ulcers. They put in 2 stents and I am now on the long road to recovery.  I have missed the entire month of October from work and will be out of work until at least Christmas.  As you all know I am not real good at asking for help but here I am.  Any little bit helps a great deal as I have 3 kiddos to do Christmas for and the child support payments are not going away...  I truly appreciate any and all help.  Sincerely and respectfully, Kenny
