Hi, are names are Jody and Nicole, we have a beautiful blue staffy who we have had since 6 weeks old, he is our baby and has never wanted for anything, he is now 11.5 years old and has had numerous visits to the vets over the past 3 months, it started as we noticed him losing weight/muscle around his hind legs and back, we were told it was a little arthritis but with the right exercise programme, medication and supplements he should be able to live out his years happily, during this time he contracted a uti and was dropping blood periodically, he has at this point finish two courses of antibiotics and is still not improving, we have been told it’s most likely bladder stones, with the rising cost of living and also having a baby on the way we are unable to afford to get him the help he needs and deserves, we have been advised by the vets that he is very healthy apart from this, very strong heart and good muscle mass on his front, we really want our baby boy to be pain free and get him the help he needs as he is part of the family and he loves children, having a new member to the family to protect would be the highlight of his life, he is the kindest sole and helped us through many dark times, he means the world to us, I can’t bare the thought of him being in pain purely based on our financial circumstances, we would appreciate any help anyone could spare and know that it would save a beautiful pup from unnecessary pain, thank you for your time.
