Roberts open heart surgery

Hi, my name is Robert and I am fundraising to cover some expenses related to my upcoming open heart surgery on Dec. 6th. I need to have an aortic valve replaced in my heart. The opening in the valve is getting smaller everyday and soon will be completely closed if surgery to replace it is not done soon. I have already incurred significant expenses in preparation. If I have the surgery I will need nursing help after and need funds to assist. This request is urgent!
