On November 20, my dad’s life was sadly taken away at the age of his 47 years old. He was not just my amazing dad, but also a lifelong truck driver, son, brother, and husband. He always looked out for others and did the best he could to have a smile on his face even through his own personal adversities in his life. He was family oriented and wished for safety and prosperity for our family. He was always working hard to make ends meet. In order to commemorate his passing, my family and I decided to have an open casket funeral to allow his friends and family as well as my sister, my mom and I to say our final goodbyes.
