Lawson Fire Relief Fund

Hi my name is Kori (Dowler) Royse. My sister Joleen Lawson and brother-in-law Craig Lawson were recently devastated by a wildfire. They live on a ranch near Paradise, KS.   Last week, a wildfire spread out of control stoked by winds upward of 80 mph. They lost their barn and six horses. Inside the barn was all of their tack (accumulated over 40 years), trailers, welders, and other supplies. They have 5 horses being treated at the Kansas State University Veterinary Hospital. The cleanup and rebuild  is going to be very expensive for them. This fire wiped out fences and killed horses and cattle. Thankfully, all of the human members of their family all survived and are trying to pick up the pieces. This GoFund me page is to help the pay for veterinary bills, a rebuild of Awesome Lawson Barn and Arena, and clean up from the after effects of the fire. This photograph shows the barn/roping arena that Joleen and her husband Craig built on their place near Paradise. This photo was taken by my sister from her house as the fire burned. Along with the barn, two horses, most of the their tack, horse supplies, and feed were burned to the ground.
