Support for Lane Rongey and family

On July 21st Lane Rongey was in an ATV accident. The ATV flipped over him and ran over his head. He was life flighted to Iowa City and entered the PICU unit listed in critical condition with a traumatic brain injury. For the first 2 weeks it was unsure if he would survive. He was asleep for 17 days and on a ventillator for 19 days.

He is awake now, and doing a little better, but the family has no idea what kind of disabilities they may be facing. Currently he is having memory issues, but they are hoping time will heal this. He is very weak and will be entering inpatient physical rehab so that he can learn to sit up, walk, and feed himself again. They have no idea how much rehab he will need and this family has already been out of work for 3 weeks to be by his side every moment.

His mother, Karmyn Zahringer will travel with him to be at Physical therapy. She has two other children at home to care for as well. She is self employed and has already had to refund over $1600.00 worth if services to her clients, and has had to put several sessions on hold until she can return home. Please pray for this family, and donate if you can. Every little bit helps.
