Please help! Anyone that knows hannah and shaun knows how much they both love animals!

Two years ago they rescued a bulldog named tank, last night tank became poorly and was rushed to out of hours vets to find out that tank has a scrotal hernia ( vets said they never seen anything like it before)
Tank now needs to be transferred to Bristol specialist vets for a operation which is going to cost over £5000

Please help us save his life!
