Ohio Chapter ISA Scholarship Program

In 2012, the Ohio Chapter International Society of Arboriculture (Ohio Chapter ISA) developed this program to promote professional arboriculture within Ohio. To date, the program has provided 67 individuals with their professional goals. You can make a difference by donating today to the Ohio Chapter's scholarship fund.
The Chapter offers the following annual scholarships:
- ISA Certified Arborist - Valued at $750, the recipient must qualify to take the ISA Certified Arborist exam.
- Professional Development - Valued at $500, the applicant must be a current ISA Certified Arborist seeking professional development in one of the other ISA certification areas, including Aerial Lift Specialist, Climber Specialist, Municipal Specialist, Tree Worker Specialist, Utility Specialist, Board Certified Masters Arborist or Tree Risk Assessment Qualifications or Renewal (TRAQ); or for other industry qualifications such as Tree & Plant Appraisal Qualification (TPAQ), or CTSP.
- Traditional Student - Valued at $1,000, these applicants must be an Ohio residents, currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited post-secondary arboriculture, horticulture, urban forestry, or related degree program.
