Hello everyone,

This was created on behalf of a mother who was homeless in the past year, found both employment and housing but due to layoffs lost a steady income and is in jeopardy of losing housing again. The $15000 would cover the balance and an additional month!

All information has been verified and included are some of the many past due bills that she is in need of help with.

She has received Emergency Rental Assistance at the top of the 2024, which as a result of taking 3 months, accrued more of a balance and late fees. DC has done away with emergency assistance until 2026.

Past donations were used to help mother get up-to-date on utilities and phone bill.

Her identity is kept private due to having school-aged children and not wanting any custody issues. We are asking that you donate what you can but to also share widely!
