Support Nordalia's Fight Against Cancer

Please join us in supporting our friend and beloved Security Officer, Nordalia Perez, in her epic fight against cancer. Since Fall of 2019 when Nordalia was diagnosed, she has kept her spirits high and done everything she can to battle this aggressive and unrelenting illness. Seeing her smiling face at 9/11 Memorial ( Lead Officer), The World Trade Center (Security Supervisor), and NYU Langone Health (Security Officer) has truly brightened up everyone’s day and continues to do so. Officer Nordalia has brought so much joy to NYU staff for 10 years and now is the time to share our love with she and her family. Nordalia showed appreciation and love to others through her cooking. She need us. Many of us have made meals, sent gift cards, wrote heartfelt messages, which have all been deeply appreciated, but now we are looking for a collective way to support Nordalia and her family with whatever they need most. The challenges associated with this journey can be overwhelming and we want to ensure that Nordalia and her family can focus on her health without the burden of financial stress she is going through.

Although Nordalia did not request this Go Fund Me, we, as her family, friends and colleagues, knew she could use the support right now and we are happy that Nordalia and her family are open to and very grateful for our donations. Your generous contributions will make a significant impact on Nordalia fight against cancer and ease the financial stress and fears the family is facing.
