Hi guys, 
My name is Alex and I’m transgender, I came out to family and friends in 2017 after I had cut my hair from long to short. Thankfully I was blessed with an accepting family that has supported me from day dot. 
Being born a female when everything about me is male from the way I think to the way I act is heart aching, there is nothing I want more than to been viewed as a man. 
For me I wish to get top surgery, I have been on testosterone now for 3 months ,unfortunately due to poor mental health since the age of 12 I am struggle to hold down a job, which is why I need help in raising money for my top surgery to be done in turkey. 
I can say that being transgender is one of the hardest things a person can go through due to the constant overwhelming thoughts of dysphoria, which I am diagnosed with. This means my mind points out every possible female aspect I have on my body. It’s torture.
