Hi, my name is Jeremy and my mother, Kirsten, aka Kiki, developed Triple Negative Breast Cancer in 2018. Four years later, she finally agreed to let me make this page for her because she has no other way of affording the treatment plan. For those who may not know, TNBC (Triple Negative Breast Cancer)is considered a more aggressive type of breast cancer, mainly because fewer targeted medicines treat TNBC. Studies have shown that TNBC is more likely to spread beyond the breast and more likely to recur (come back) after treatment. That being said, when patients have a complete response to therapy beyond five years, they have longer periods of NED (no evidence of disease) which means that the cost of treatment is especially high.
