This morning we got the worst news any family can receive, the detectives knocked at our door and informed us that the body found out in 395 in Kennewick was my brother's Hector Cortez. His death is still under investigation at the time. We are asking if you can find it in you during these hard times to help in anyway we really appreciate it. Thank you!
