Janet Whitehead is continuing with her fight with Stage 4 Colon cancer.  Janet has been
through a lot over the last two years and she
has faced  this battle with incredible bravery
and strength! It has been full of many ups and
downs. Janet recently updated her friends and family on concerns regarding the size and
growth of some of the lesions on her liver.
There has been discussion  of restarting
 Chemotherapy vs  continuing her current
clinical trial meds.

Janet  being the fighter she is has advocated
for herself  and is seeking the opinion of a
specialist at  Memorial Sloan Kettering in NewYork and then possibly Mayo Clinic in
Rochester. She has shared some amazing
patient accounts that include the possibility of
cure! 

Janet is an amazing, kind, and caring person.
 She is a wonderful mother, friend, and Nurse practitioner.  She has given much of herself to others over the years. Despite her cancer, she continues to care for others.   She remains a
very active mother. She attends all their 
basketball games and school functions. She
recently  began teaching them to bake
homemade biscuits! She is fighting to
continue her life raising her boys. Let’s help
