Smith Family Assistance
Donation protected
Hey, my name is Brooke and with the help of my Momma Tina we’re asking if y’all would help donate to my family’s monthly bills. This year has been a hard one for our family, affecting the Smith family directly. Still recovering from when Connor was hospitalized earlier this year, Chas went in for what was supposed to be a routine surgery, only to have unprecedented complications and more time in the hospital (she spent her birthday in the hospital). Three surgeries later she is finally home but will need to be out of work for the next 6-10 weeks to recover. The Smith family has been through so much this year, we’re asking that you please donate what you feel to help with monthly bills. If you don’t know Chas, she is a fierce nurturer, and will give love to anyone who walks through her door. She loves hard for her family and friends, and has been an anchor in Mom and I’s life for a long time. When we lost my father, Chas and Robb stepped in and helped us with what Mom wanted to achieve - creating the Out of the Darkness West Central Illinois walk. Co-chair of the AFSP, she still has a hand in everything. From running a daycare business, to helping run the AFSP, and helping out with Gift of Lights, she loves the community immensely. Let’s show some love to this beautiful lady and help her and her family in this time of need.
