George's Medical Expenses

George's newest medication is costing him a $131.00 co-pay for three months worth for chronic heart failure.  This new medicine is working very well!  However, that is ONLY ONE of the medications he is taking, and the number of medications he takes has increased-- all of those are Tier 3 medications that are not covered by his insurance plan.

George's heath issues have disabled him to the point of being unable to  work which has greatly affected his overall income. 

George is being treated for:

Chronic Asthma

Chronic Congestive Heart Failure and will need an Aortic Heart Valve Replacement (current ejection fraction is only 42%)

Diabetes

Diabetic Neuropathy, including Eye Nerve Damage.

Liver tests are showing non alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, and liver function is below 50% now.

The funds raised by this gofundme will assist him with the financial burden of health expenses that he currently faces.

George has risked a lot  (to put it mildly) to provide information about current (and past) events, and his friends, family, and contacts are the direct recipients of information that could not be obtained anywhere else.  This is a great opportunity to show our gratitude!
