Humbly Asking For Help With Tuition
Donation protected
My name is Cheyenne Jones and I'm asking anyone who reads this to help me follow my dream of becoming a photographer.
All my life I've excelled in school academically; graduating high school with a 3.6 GPA. Losing my father in '05 (R.I.H), I've been raised by a single mother who has supported me in every way possible. But college came faster than we thought. In Fall '17, I'll begin my new journey at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) to further my education. After being accepted, I have received scholarships from school in result of my academics and art portfolio, which covers about half of my tuition. The other half is what my family stresses about the most.
So far, my summer has consisted of working 35+ hours a week at 2 jobs to help my mother with the expenses of traveling 805mi away from home. God has kept us strong, allowing me to go after my dreams, but my #1 fear is having to drop out because of financial reasons. I've applied for countless scholarships from various sources, and this is my last option. Im asking out of the kindness of your heart to donate to my tuition fund so I can attend, and graduate from college.
