Help My Mom Post Stroke Medical Care

This is difficult to write... I moved back "home" Peru about two month ago. About 1week ago my mom suffered a minor stroke, leaving her left side, arm and leg numb and weak. We've seen two neurologist. One of which recommend she be admitted into the hospital for monitoring asap. The catch, you hv to pay before even being admitted. The other neurologist, after explaining to him I couldn't afford the thousand to admit her into a hospital, sent for a ct scan then referred to an internal medicine specialist, nutritionist and physical therapy. Turns out she's had a couple smaller strokes in the past that she didn't pay attention to. Smh so now she is high risk and must change meds, and follow through with care. I'm an only child and hv exhausted all my finances trying to get her the medical care she needs. But I hv to face that I need help to help her. I mean if it was your mother what wouldn't you do to help her right?
