Hello my Name is Hanna Nofal and I created this Go fund me for my Cousin Wasfia her two kids and husband so they can escape the war in Gaza. Everything they had was destroyed but here is a more detailed version of what happened from her directly:

I am Wasfia Samir Al-Nims, a Palestinian from Gaza, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Diploma in Information Technology from Al-Aqsa University. After graduating from university, I married my life partner Ali Nofal, and we had Ahmed, who is three years old, and Helen, who is one year old.

Our life was wonderful (a wonderful husband, a warm home, and very kind children). But on the morning of October 7, our lives were turned upside down. We woke up to the sounds of missiles. We were very scared, and my children started screaming.

After four months in our home, despite the bombing and destruction, the Israeli occupation army asked us to leave our home and go to Mawasi Khan Younis, and told us that it would be a safe area. We left our homes without taking anything with us except what we were wearing. We became homeless, without food, without money, and without clothes. We endured the bitterness of hunger, cold, and the cruelty of fear and terror that my children experienced.

We headed to Mawasi Khan Younis in search of safety, but the situation was no different. There was still a lot of missile fire, and not a day went by without houses being bombed, and there were martyrs and wounded.

On 2/27/2024, the occupation army left Khan Yunis city, and my husband went to check on our house and found the house burned. The occupation army burned my house and nothing was left inside. Everything became ashes, including my furniture, my children's toys, our memories, my son Ahmed's drawings, my wedding memories, and my husband's and my graduation certificates. After that, we had nothing left but the walls of the burned house, which became unlivable.

There is no safe place in Gaza so we choose to escape from Gaza. Although it's difficult to separate from our families , we are forced

to leave Gaza and go to Egypt. We need 5 thousand dollars for each ot us . So I created this link.

It was very difficult for me to take this step and asking for donations, but I shall do that to end the tragedy of my children. I don't want them to live in this fear and terror any longer.
