My name is Jason Gardner and I have avascular necrosis, it's a condition that causes blood to stop circulating to the bone resulting in bone death. I have it in both hips, after a car accident in March where I was rear ended I began having symptoms in my left hip. The Dr tried one surgery to save the hip which was unsuccessful, i now have to have hip replacement. I haven't been able to work since the end of March, I work at a drug rehab and am on medical leave. I desperately need help with bills, medical costs, rent, and food. I have tried going through united way resources and have had no luck so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
