Wallace-Emerson Skatepark Fundraiser

Donation protected
Wallace-Emerson Skatepark is a community led initiative that relies on volunteers and fundraising to operate. The Toronto Skateboarding Committee worked throughout the winter to secure permission to use the ice rinks at Wallace-Emerson Park as a temporary home for the Dufferin Grove skatepark which is currently under construction.  The pandemic has made things difficult in terms of organizing and we are trying to get more ramps and obstacles setup for the community to enjoy. Our current mission is to fund a new mini ramp and raise some funding to pay for additional building supplies, purchasing squeegees and brooms to keep the park clean and dry and maybe even feeding our hungry volunteers.

Our friends at RamptoRail will be building the mini-ramp (2’6” x 16’) from the highest quality materials to make sure the ramp survives the outdoors and daily thrashing. The ramp will eventually make its way back to Duff Grove once construction of the new rink is complete.

Please donate and support you local skatepark.

We also would like to build a larger 4 foot half-pipe. If you have a deep wallet or know any potential sponsors please send us a message on instagram. We are also open to any other donations or ideas to support the park.
