Hi, my name is Angela Zaharia, and I’m from Romania, but i libe in the UK for about 7 years , I’m reaching out for help during a very difficult time.

Recently, my life came to a standstill. I’ve lived with a hip replacement since I was 12, but I recently suffered a severe dislocation that has left me in constant, debilitating pain. After several tests, doctors found a pseudotumor and significant erosion of my femur and pelvic bone.

My blood shows high levels of metal (cobalt and chromium) from my implant, which is a serious concern for my health.

I work in a warehouse at Tesco, a job that requires me to be on my feet, but right now I can't even bear weight. My doctor has signed me off work because I am at high risk for a fracture and desperately need specialized surgery.

Monthly Living Expenses: Covering my rent and bills while I am unable to work during my treatment and recovery.

Medical & Travel Costs: Getting to and from specialist appointments at Queen’s Hospital and other clinics for my MARS MRI and surgical consultations.
