THE BACK STORY

You pass her in the grocery store. You drive next to her on your way to work. You make eye contact running into the pharmacy. She looks worn out, tired, but you argue that you do too. Little do you know that she’s close to giving up. She feels stuck, overlooked, underserved, forgotten. She’s craving a meaningful conversation, she WANTS more, she needs change but she doesn’t know how to get it.

She’s not in a crisis. She may be in decent clothes, even have a roof over her head.

That doesn’t make her ok.

She needs community. She needs support. She needs hope. This is 431 Ministries.

THE MISSION

431's mission is to tend to the needs of the overlooked and underserved women of Middle Tennessee by providing work and stability, giving them hope and a plan for an independent future. We do that through a residential work program, creating a support group that they can rely on for the rest of their lives.

THE DONATIONS

We're asking for the first $60,000 to purchase the actual building. God has already been abundantly clear where the first program will be located, but it'll take $60,000 to get there. If 3000 people in Middle Tennessee are willing to donate at least $20, we'll get there in a heartbeat. Our goal is to raise this amount by June 21 so we can start work by July and have the building ready to serve by the end of the summer.
