My name is Jon please help me fight my cancer

Hello my name is Jon and I have cancer. With your support I can beat it and look to a brighter future. Helping people in need I think is one of the most important things one can do throughout their lives. It's a great attribute to have. Going into battle with cancer alone is never a good thing, so I'm looking for your help and support. I know how devastating this disease can be. I lost my father who was in military intelligence to leukemia. He was with Oppenheimer in Los Alamos and told to turn away from the bomb. He died at a young age. Just this year my sister, who I dearly loved, died of pancreatic cancer, leaving behind a loving husband and two wonderful children. We continue to grieve her loss. My mother died of Parkinson's disease some years ago and two years ago I lost my best friend. So as you can see I don't have much of an immediate family left for moral support. Your generous donations will help me fight cancer while I recover over the next few months and help keep a roof over my head. My appeal is to anyone and everyone who might be willing to help me. I think I've always strived to help others. I was a broadcaster for over 20 years promoting mostly alternative bands in college radio. Later I managed a record store before moving on to a cable company. It was there one day when I went home to find my mother had fallen. I was told by her doctor to either take care of her full time or she would have to be put in an assisted living facility. She cried and didn't want to leave her home. I resigned without hesitation and helped her live comfortably over the last 5 years of her live. I don't regret what I did for a moment. Later when doing ride sharing, it was always the fares to hospitals or doctors offices that gave me the most satisfaction. Helping people in need. It's a great feeling to have If you can help in any way it will be greatly appreciated. Every donation no matter what the size will help me with my battle with cancer.
