Quinn’s medical bills

Hi everyone,
Didn't think I’d ever be here but my baby needs help.
Last night I got home at 6:00pm to my dog throwing up blood. My partner who works from home said she threw up a couple of times between 5:00pm-6:00pm but there was no blood. While I was on the phone to the emergency vet she threw up another 6 times so we rushed her to the vet and they started checking her over. The vets said they would have to keep her overnight as they would need to do bloodwork and X-rays to see what was wrong with her. We got the X-rays back in the middle of the night saying they would need to send them off for a second opinion as it looks like her chest and abdomen were abnormal and there may be a foreign body in her stomach. I called the vets first thing this morning. My baby Quinn has deteriorated in the last 2 hours. She is currently on oxygen and has Pneumonia. The vets said they will need to keep her in hospital and said we may need to get another X-ray done in 8 hours to see if what was in her stomach has moved or potentially go into surgery today and see if there is a foreign body. The vet said surgery will be risky because of her current condition however if there is something there they will have to remove it.
Quinn is one of the brightest dogs. We’ve had her since she was a puppy, she's only 2 years old and such a goofy dog. I can’t imagine life without her.
She hasn’t had surgery yet and her medical bills are already at $5,400
If anyone can help her even in the smallest way I would be forever grateful.
