Hey there! My name is Paula and I'm starting this to help my little sister Penny out.

Penny was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. Thankfully she is handling the aggressive treatment plan they have her on pretty well.

Unfortunately the doctor won't let her work at all because the intensity of the chemo leaves her immune system shot. Anyone that knows her, knows she is FAR from lazy so not working is hard enough on her, add to that the income from working two jobs has dropped to zero. She has applied for disability but was told they are so far behind that it will be at least August before they get to her case. Monthy bills don't care if you've hit a block, they still need to be paid.

Penny just went through a court battle to get custody of her 3 grandkids and keep them here in a safe, nurturing environment. She is now raising two pre teen boys and a 2 year old girl. She has a village behind her to help with the kids but we all know raising kids is not cheap or easy!! She keeps the boys in as many sports and school activities as possible. Trips to the store, doctor, dentist and activities cost but she's trying!

Any help would be so much appreciated! If you are struggling yourself and can't donate, that is totally understandable but we would love to hear a well wish or if you would say a prayer for her would be awesome!
