after suffering mental health and losing a close person that didn’t get the help they needed.  Riding 4,200 Miles Across 18 Countries for Men’s Mental Health Mental health affects millions of men around the world, yet too many continue to struggle in silence. Every day, countless men face challenges such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, and emotional hardship without reaching out for the support they deserve. Through this extraordinary journey, i hope to help change that. My mission is to cycle 4,200 miles across 18 countries, not simply as an endurance challenge, but as a symbol of resilience, hope, and the importance of speaking openly about mental health. Every mile we ride represents a conversation started, a stigma challenged, and a life that could be changed through greater awareness and access to support. This journey will test my physically and mentally, with long days in the saddle, changing climates, mountain climbs, and thousands of miles away from home. It reflects the reality that life’s toughest journeys are rarely easy—but they are always more manageable when we face them together. I am raising funds to support charitable organisations dedicated to improving men’s mental health, providing life-changing services, crisis support, counselling, education, and community programmes. Every donation, regardless of its size, helps ensure that more men can access the help they need when they need it most. was discussing this with my children and my 10yr old said some people need to be at the end of a phone to save someone else from going past that point. If we can raise the money for 1 phone call we could save someone’s mum or day or even a child so I have set up a just giving for the charity mind and am in the process of getting everything ready the next 2momths to set off the go fund me is to help myself across the journey with supplies food drinks bike maintenance ferry tickets sleeping etc any help would be greatly appreciated and me and my family would be greatful for every bit of help
