#Criscuoloheart Please support Josh and his family

Hi, my name is Tammy Gamble and I am organizing a fundraiser for my son Joshua Criscuolo (41 years old) and his family. Josh has 4 daughters, a baby boy and another baby due in February to psy rent, utilities and food.

On October 14 ,2022, Josh unexpectedly had to have open heart surgery (saw his chest open) to repair his Mitral Heart valve. Josh's own business tanked after heart surgery and he has struggled since. He couldn't work for a long time and when he tried to get business going most of his clients had moved on. He still busted butt, actually too much to now he had additional heart damage.

9/4/2024 after moving his family into another rental home, Josh's blood pressure was crazy high and he experienced pain and difficulty breathing along with swelling in his legs. Thank God he went to the ER.

Of course hospitalized and determined congestive heart failure. Ran tests, gave meds and will do surgery if meds don't control symptoms.

Josh is home now but he is not able to work as a self employed contractor. He is not supposed to do anything strenuous. He already has missed a lot of work the last 6 months due to not feeling well.

Bills are adding up. We have helped aa much as we financially can.

For the next few months Josh and his family do not have any source of income for rent, utilities, food or physical therapy. In order to qualify for SSI your heart fraction has to be below 30 in Missouri, his is at 40 which is well below normal.

His pregnant wife Ashlee (high risk pregnancy) is still recovering from when she broke 2 bones in her leg and had to have a rod put in her leg. It is difficult for her with the youngest children 7, 3, 1 and her also having to take care of Josh. 

 They cannot even think about Christmas at this time because they just rented this house a week before Josh went to ER with symptoms. They used all their savings to rent the house.
