40 days to 40!!!
Help surprise Joseph with a HUGE surprise for his 40th Birthday!
Hello! I'm Stephanie Thouvenel, Joseph's wife. We've been married for 11 years, and I am so incredibly blessed to be able to live life alongside this amazing man.
Joseph will turn 40 in exactly 40 days from now, on December 17th.
In his 40 years, Joseph has committed his life to encouraging, supporting, and changing the lives of the people around him. At Twin Rocks Friends Camp, Tilikum Day Camp, and George Fox University he has humbly served in ministry for years, giving his full heart, expecting very little in return.
And I want to FINALLY be able to show him how much he is loved by this community of friends and family.
Plan A: Raise enough money to surprise Joseph with a trip to Hawaii. (Estimated $3500 - original estimate was apparently impractical I am told!)
Plan B: Father/Daughter Tai Kwon Do lessons for his birthday, for him to take with Hope, our 6 year old. ($840 for 6 months, or $1680 for 12 months)
He thinks he's getting, one month of Tai Kwon Do lessons, and he's very happy about that.
But more important than the gift, are the memories you have of Joseph. If you know Joseph well, you know that quality time is his primary love language. Whether you plan to give towards a gift for Joseph or not, would you consider contributing a memory and/or photo to his 40th Birthday book?
