As many of you will know, Andy Patterson was diagnosed in March 2013 with Spastic Paraplegia, a rare hereditary disorder which will result in wheelchair confinement. 

A group of Andy's friends are cycling around every cricket club in the Northern Cricket Union in 24hrs to try and raise £25,000 to allow him to make much needed renovations to his home in order to provide as much of a sense of normality in the future as possible for him. 

We very much hope that ‘Pedal 4 Patto’ will allow the entire cricket community and beyond to come together to support Andy and his family.
