Lara’s Foundation was founded in 2012 after we lost our beautiful girl and it’s still doing amazing work in her memory. After some incredibly successful swims in the early days of the foundation, we are back!! But this time bigger.

A team of us are going to swim 40 miles for Lara’s 40th birthday. To put that into context, that’s 3200 lengths of a 20m pool!
