40 miles, 2 besties, 1 cause

For the past seven years, Karly and I (Amber) have had a tradition: once a year, we pick a place, lace up our shoes, and walk as many miles as we can in a single day. We call it our Step Day. Over the years we've logged thousands of steps together, sometimes reaching up to 40 miles in just one day!

This year, we're taking our challenge on the road- leaving our hometown of Chicago and heading to Boston on October 18th. While the two us push our steps, we want to make those miles count for more than just the great memories we create together.

This year we are fundraising for Famous Fido, an incredible Chicago no-kill animal shelter that saves the lives of homeless pets and helps them find their forever homes.

Our goal: $900 dollars. Donate any amount- or match the miles you think we'll walk in dollars!
