My 40th birthday is in a few days, and as the Executive Director of 826 Boston, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by inviting you to invest in something I deeply believe in: supporting youth as they find their voice and share it with the world.
At 826 Boston, we work with students across the city—many of whom have been told, directly or indirectly, that their stories don’t matter. Through one-on-one tutoring, writing workshops, and publishing opportunities, we help them discover not only how powerful their words are, but how powerful they are.
Your support helps us:
- Provide free, individualized tutoring that builds writing skills, confidence, and academic success
- Publish students’ work so they can see their stories in print and know their voices belong in the world
