My name is Codi Miller-McIntyre and as many of you know, I am the owner of CMMPatience. Besides designing and creating clothing, my company wants to make a push at giving back to the city I am from.
There are so many kids who weren’t as fortunate as others to grow up in a financially stable home and be able to afford simple necessities such as clothes, shoes, food, school supplies etc..
With that being said...
It’s that time of year again and CMM Patience 2nd annual “4 The City Back to School Cookout.”
Last year’s event was focused on supplying back to school supplies for those in need. This year we have decided to add support to a specific charity. Church of God’s Children’s Home based in Concord, NC has been designated as this year’s charity.
While raising enough money to provide Patience back to school supply bags, will also contribute funds to help supply essential needs for the children’s home.
I am asking friends, family members, mentors, past teachers and even just fans to contribute and help me raise $5,000 to support the children’s home and also buy back to school supplies that will be given out to kids from Concord and surround cities.
As a bonus, the amount raised from family and friends, I will also match the amount with my own money. So we could potentially raise up to $10,000.00 to support the city!
I humbly ask you to make a donation by Thursday, August 1st 2019 so we are able to get all supplies as a SURPRISE to the youth attending.
Also plan to join us at the 4 the City Cookout presented by CMMPatience on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019 @ the Annie Streater Dream Center 1281 Biscayne Dr. Kannoplis, NC 28081 2-6 PM.
