4 Family Members Lost in a Tragic Bronx Fire

As Salamu Alaikum! I hope all is well!
I am Nhuma Darame and I am fundraising for my beloved cousin Fatima Drammeh. The fire that took place on January 9th, 2022 in the Bronx has left residents of the building and the community heartbroken and devastated . My cousin, Fatima Drammeh (23 y.o.), was at work when she heard news of the tragic fire that consumed her entire building. Unfortunately, Fatima lost her mother Fatoumata Drammeh (50 y.o), her younger brother Muhammed Drammeh (12 y.o), her younger sister Fatoumala Drammeh (21 y.o) and another younger sister, Aisha Drammeh (19 y.o) in the fire. These members of the family were all home when the fire broke out. Her 16 year old brother, Yagub Drammeh, was the only one rescued from the building and is currently being cared for in the hospital. As a community, it is our duty to come together during times likes this and help one another in any way that we can.
“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three; a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them,” (Hadith, Muslim). Therefore, Muslims are eager to give charity which will continue to have benefit to people after their death and continue to earn them reward.
Our goal is to raise enough to at least build a well for each of the family members we lost, In Sha Allah. To help with Yagub’s hospital expenses as he’s recovering. Also, to help with housing expenses.
We are asking for any contributions, no matter the size, that will go towards any expenses for the Drammeh family.
إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ
We surely belong to Allah and to Him we shall return. May Allaah almighty , forgive and have mercy upon our beloved brothers and sisters in Islam excuse them, pardon them and make honourable his reception. “
وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّـهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّـهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ وَٱلصِّدِّيقِينَ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءِ وَٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ ۚ وَحَسُنَ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَرَفِيقًا ﴿69﴾
And whoever obeys God and the messenger, they are with the Prophets, the truthful, the martyrs and the righteous upon whom God has bestowed favors. Indeed, they are good companions.” Y’a Allah grant them the status of a shaheed a matyr. Expand their entry, and cleanse them with water, snow and hail, and purify them of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. Exchange their home for a better home uniting them with their family entering jannatul firdous without account with our beloved prophet Muhammad ﷺ and give him hoorul-Ayn. Admit them into the Garden, protect them from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the Fire and when our time comes, May Allah almighty be please with us and and let us die as Muslims.
